Android software for privateLINE can be downloaded from the Google Play Store, or if you require more privacy, software may be downloaded from the privateline.io web site.
Installation requires a few steps (this will be simplified in the near future):
1. Get an account at the https://account.privateline.io website by clicking on “Get Alpha”, then enter your email address or account details.
2. Install privateLINE Connect, approve the VPN and start the secure tunnel
3. Install privateLINE Comms and get an account on the comms system
Getting an account at privateline.io requires a valid email address for free accounts. We never track your phone number.
IMPORTANT NOTE: When you finish installing Comms, click on the square with pen button in the lower right and search for your friends and create a room by inviting your friend to chat. If you gave your friend your account name, it’s possible they sent you an invitation, which would be at the top of your contact list.

Enter your email address, click on the submit button
You should get this validation email. Check your spam/junk folder if not received.
Complete Account Sign-up Form, Then Click "Sign up" button
Go to Play Store to Install privateLINE Connect software -or- Go to privateline.io site to download software
Download & Open
Enter the account credentials created on Account Sign-up Form on step 4
Click OK to Allow VPN connection thru privateLINE
Turn ON privateLINE Connect
Go to Play Store, Search for “privateLINE comms” and click on “privateLINE comms”. Next click on Install. Then open to launch Comms.
Create privateLINE Comms Account
You will have a chat room like this. Click below to “create room” and invite people, just follow onscreen directions.
Troubleshooting : If you get this red bar, your privateLINE Connect is not turned ON. Go to Connect and click the ON switch, then return to Comms and the red bar should be gone.
